Very good value for money, central location. Room clean, modern, new and fully equipped.

The room was new, modern and fully equipped. All public facilities were well maintained and clean. We tried the spa, very good therapists, good massages and clean. We used the gym it was small but sufficient.

The bed was clean but there was quite a large stain on the bed sheet.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Ubud. Pretty much walking distance to most places. We had no complaints. Everything was as we expected.

Wonderful

The room was spacious and always clean, the stuff was amazing. Very cenral, pleanty of cafes, restaurants and shops around. Yoga Barn is just 10 min walk away if you do not want to take a scooter taxi. After two days I asked to change the room because of noisy neigbours and they immedietely found a solution. Very friendly and professional stuff! (hi Benny :))

It can be a bit noisy at night (in the hotel, if people are moving around a lot) due to poor isolation, and the bathrooms are a bit particular for keeping your privacy. I was travelling alone so for me the batthroom was not an issue.

Great experience!

Staff very friendly, polite, helpful. Breakfast delicious as well as dinner. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Swimming pool clean. Spa staff very kind and polite. I recommend all massages. Close to the Ubud markets (10-ish min. walk).

Very relaxing stay that is well worth the price!

Staff are friendly, always greeting me when i passed by the lobby. Also, very professional in their services. Room is clean and functional.

Maybe a small convenience store within their premises would be better? However, there are a few convenience stores within walking distance already. Their gym room could provide more facilities. Maybe a quiet, small library would be good too.

Wonderful

Great pool, great breakfast service but best of all, the staff are so so so lovely, every single one of them. They were friendly to our kids, very accommodating and are just genuinely lovely people.

Great location and the staff are super helpful and pleasant. Gym facilities worked well. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Some of the pillows and sheets smelled like mildew. Not all of them, so I threw the ones that did to the side.

Best for short stay in Ubud.

The hotel was so nice and clean. The room is average in size, not so big and not so small. Suited for those who want to stay only few days in Ubud. The cafe downstair offered a really good food. The location wise is just nearby to the Ubud Palace where you can see the traditional dances or if you want to do some shopping. There’s also freelance shuttle next to the hotel if you need to go anywhere and there’re so reliable too.

* excellent location in ubud close to all activities and restaurants. You can't go wrong with the location for families, couples, and even traveling solo. * excellent staff. Friendly and always smiling and so respectful. * Hotel and room are so clean!!! Like so clean * restaurants in the hotel is really nice and the food is quite good. The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! * spa is on point! Need to get a massage it's the best. Honestly, it's a 11/10 in my book You can't go wrong with this hotel. You won't have any regrets. If you are traveling to this is the place.

Marvellous stay with genuine caring staff and professional 5star hotel experience.

Located well within walking distance to central Ubud and we liked the general layout of the hotel. Very clean, comfortable with luxury touches, every small detail thought of. Breakfast was varied and all tastes well catered for and table attendants welcoming and attentive. All staff offered such kindness, upon arrival a welcoming refreshment which made us feel very special, also very relaxed.

Slow running bath water and leaking bath plug which allowed bath water to continuously empty. Room wise zero to complain about. Hotel guests should be more considerate when walking down passage ways using louder than normal voices in the early hours of the morning. Small note to front desk to please have full medical kit available in case of emergencies. Staff were extremely attentive to my husband after a fall up front staircase which resulted in cut to arm and graze to face. Full honours go to staff but they had very little medical emergency basic supplies to work with - this needs to be addressed immediately. Also to avoid this occurring again please light the start of the first step.

Very Good

Bed was very comfortable, sheets were white & crispy. Good hot water for shower & room was made well every day. House keeping was great, restaurant staff were helpful & parking attendants at the main entrance were very good. They always helped us with Parking our Scooter.

Lobby is dated. Reception staff could be more friendly. Hotel did not have First Aid kit. My husband got hurt, he badly bruised his knee and Hotel did not have any rubbing alcohol or band aids which is very basic.
